Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift wrapping
  • Gift cards

We grant partial refunds under these conditions:

  • Any item not that in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have received email notification of your refund but do not see it reflected in your bank account, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@thetwinees.com and we will reply with our return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit containing the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/ she will be notified of your return.

Return shipping

To return your product, please email us and we will provide you with our return address.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The amount time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your shipping address

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for any loss of returns.
